Retro-Commissioning
Our commissioning process defines BPS's team approach. We utilize the skill set of a seasoned technical manager to oversee the commissioning process and ensure the results align with our clients Detailed Design Specifications (DDS). When the results do not align with the expected results, BPS will ensure the resolution adheres to the DDS until completion and not just another item on a punchlist.
Energy Auditing, Planning,
and Management
BPS's energy audits are performed to ensure your buildings envelope,
mechanical, and electrical infrastructures are operating at optimum
performance levels. The FREE (yes....FREE) Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) will provide indepth performance anaylsis with a plan to manage utility costs. Managing comfort with an emphasis on reducing utility costs allows us to become more environmentally responsible by reducing our carbon footprint.
The process of retro-commissioning verifies the mechanical, electrical, security, fire alarm, and other key building automation systems are functioning as intended when they were orignially installed. At BPS, the process of retro commissioning not only verifies benchmark conditions, but also evaluates and offers ways to enhance system performance utilizing energy saving technologies.
Building Automation System Management/Enhancement
Todays highly capable and technical building automation sysytems can be intimidating with all their bells and whistles. Service contracts are instituted to protect those investments and have someone else responsible for the maintance of those systems. Our maintenance programs extend far beyond maintaining the current system. We not only protect the client's investment, we discover and deploy new technologies to enhance those systems to perform to their fullest potential......for the same cost.

However, tracking the way we construct those buildings, would barely fill a page or two. The addition of a technical construction managment team will ensure a client's DDS reflects today's most innovative technologies and that those technologies are functioning correctly at the end of a project.
BPS's experiences in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry provides a solid technical background for preparing, executing, and reporting process validation testing formats to ensure processes are precise and repeatable in a cGMP enviroment. Our familiarity with Part 11 CFR 21 makes BPS a solid team partner to ensure projects are done correctly and on time......when commissioning isn't enough.
